Procedure:

1. Click New, then Type the OS name

 2. Allocate the Memory size 

3.  Create Virtual hard disk, click next no need to choose

4. Select hard disk type, click next no need to choose

5. Select Storage on physical hard disk, click next no need to choose

6. File Location and size, click next no need to choose

7.  Click Settings, find 'Storage' then click 'Empty' on attributes choose 'Choose/Create a Virtual Optical Disk' and click your OS file, finally you're done you can now use the OS as you want, Click Start to begin.

How to install windows 7

Just do the steps in Windows 10 but name it different in the first step and use the Windows 7 ver. and use the Windows 7 ISO file.
