Procedure:
1. Click New, then Type the OS name

2. Allocate the Memory size to 4ooo MB up

3. Create a virtual hard disk and the disk size should be 40 Gb up

5. Click Settings, click on 'Storage' then click 'Empty' on attributes choose 'Choose/Create a Virtual Optical Disk' , find the OS file that you want to use, in this case Windows Server 2008.

6. Click Start to begin, wait for it to load

8. Click "Install now"

9. Click "Windows Server 2008 R2 standard" then click "Next"

10. Click on the "I accept the license terms", click on "Custom",
click on "Drive 0" and now wait for the installation to be done.
