  How to install Windows Server 2008  Procedure: 1.  Click New, then Type the OS name   2.   Allocate the Memory size   to 4ooo MB up 3.    Create a virtual hard disk and the disk size should be 40 Gb up 4.  Click finish 5.   Click Settings, click on 'Storage' then click 'Empty' on attributes choose 'Choose/Create a Virtual Optical Disk' , find the OS file that you want to use, in this case Windows Server 2008. 6.  Click Start to begin, wait for it to load  7.  Click "Next"  8.  Click "Install now"  9.  Click "Windows Server 2008 R2 standard" then click "Next" 10. Click on the "I accept the license terms", click on "Custom", click on "Drive 0" and now wait for the installation to be done. 11. Create a new password containing special keys  Example " _ " 12. Then close this then your done

Select hard disk type, click next no need to choose 5. Select Storage on physical hard disk , click next  no need to choose 6. File Location and size, click next  no need to choose 7.   Click Settings, find 'Storage' then click 'Empty' on attributes choose 'Choose/Create a Virtual Optical Disk' and click your OS file, finally you're done you can now use the OS as you want, Click Start to begin. How to install windows 7 Just do the steps in Windows 10 but name it different in the first step and use the Windows 7 ver.  and  use the Windows 7 ISO file.
